Hooray! You are registering for the Fat Future Retreat to be held from January 16-19, 2023 at the Hotel Vintage in Portland, OR.

We are so excited that you’ll be joining us and can’t wait to spend this magical community time with you. Please read through the following information for all the details, and then choose your payment option.

  • The Fat Future retreat registration fee covers all meals, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, materials/supplies, and instruction/hosting from Lindsey and Laura.

  • Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the venue, hotel room booking fee, and any food or drink outside of what is provided by the retreat (including alcohol).

  • The Hotel Vintage has given us a generous discounted room rate of $159/night for their King guestrooms and $309/night for their amazing Queen Private Balcony Hot Tub rooms. The booking instructions will be sent to you after retreat registration.


  • Cancellation by you

    • You may cancel your booking at any time, notified to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. If such cancellation is made you will forfeit any previous payments made. However, if you can find another paying participant to take your place, then we may offer you a refund at our discretion.

    • Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat.

  • Rescheduling/postponement by us

    • We reserve the right in any circumstances to reschedule or postpone the retreat. If the retreat must be rescheduled or postponed, it will be rescheduled for another date at the same venue with the same or similar hosts, and any payments you’ve made will be carried over to the new date.

  • COVID rescheduling/postponement/testing/vaccination policy

    • All attendees must take and show proof of a negative COVID test no more than 72 hours before arrival at the retreat. Any attendees with a positive test will not be allowed to attend the retreat and will forfeit their payment.

    • All attendees must be fully vaccinated - one Johnson & Johnson vaccine dose plus a booster or two Moderna or Pfizer vaccine doses plus a booster. This definition of “fully vaccinated” may be amended in the future if additional booster doses are available to the public. Attendees must email proof of vaccination at least 30 days prior to arrival.

    • If you are no longer able to attend the retreat because of a COVID diagnosis, please notify us by email. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. If such cancellation is made you will forfeit any previous payments made. However, if you can find another paying participant to take your place, then we may offer you a refund at our discretion. The hosts will make every effort to help attendee fill their spot with another paying participant so as to relinquish their payment responsibility.

    • If circumstances beyond our control make rescheduling/postponement necessary, attendees will be notified immediately and with as much notice as possible. In the case of postponement, where the attendee does not wish to attend at the later date, the hosts will make every effort to help attendee fill their spot with another paying participant so as to relinquish their payment responsibility.


The Fat Future retreat is $2400 for four days and three nights of community, connection, and fat liberation! We want to make things as accessible as possible, so choose the number of payments that works for you.
