It’s March, and this month I took a poll to see which theme to choose!
Our theme for the month is staying present, grounding, embodiment, and mindfulness. All parts of the same conversation, but there are differences here.
Let’s talk about what to do in the moment when you catch yourself not being present. Let’s talk about ongoing practices we can add into our daily lives to help reinforce being present, grounded, and mindful. And finally, let’s talk about embodiment and mindfulness, and explore some mindfulness practices to help learn through experience.
Our meeting is on March 25th from 12-2pm CT. Zoom will be open from 11:45am CT so you can come early to get set up, chat, and hang out so we can start right on time.
Bring something to snack on - just a few bites is fine, and try to come barefoot or with shoes that are easy to slip off. As always, bring a comforting drink and/or snack, some cozy clothes, and yourself!
